How we handle your data.

Badger Digital Studio is a sole-trader software studio based in the United Kingdom, run by Adam Jennings. This privacy policy covers badgerdigitalstudio.co.uk and badgerdigitalstudio.com. If you have any questions, email enquiry@badgerdigitalstudio.co.uk.

We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to enquiries:

• Chat messagesyou send via the AI assistant are processed to generate a reply (see “Third parties” below). They are not stored by us beyond the lifetime of your conversation.
• Your IP address is read briefly to apply rate limits and prevent abuse. It is stored only as a daily request counter and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
• Anything you choose to email us at enquiry@badgerdigitalstudio.co.uk is stored in our inbox and used only to reply to you.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, or share your data.

To run this website, the chat assistant, and our security, we use:

• Vercel — hosts the website. Their privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Anthropic — powers the AI assistant via the Claude API. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Their privacy policy: anthropic.com/legal/privacy
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the chat from bot abuse. To do this, Cloudflare collects information about your browser and connection. See the Turnstile product page and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Cloudflare's collection is governed by their Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
• Upstash — stores the daily IP rate-limit counter. Their privacy policy: upstash.com/trust/privacy

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe we've mishandled it.

This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie related to the Turnstile bot challenge — without this, the chat would not be able to verify you're a real visitor.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
